Web Programmer (Ruby on Rails)
Websolutions.ca is looking to grow its team! We are looking for a qualified Web Programmer. As a Programmer, you will assist in the design, development, and deployment of new database-driven web applications and websites, and maintain several existing web applications.
You will possess:
- 3+ years programming experience.
- A university degree in computer science is preferred but we will consider applicants with comparable education and/or experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ruby.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self- motivated and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and project management team.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented programming and design patterns.
- Excellent analytical, technical aptitude and problem solving skills.
